Ombrabulin is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor (IC50 = 11.3 ?M) and tumor vascular disrupting agent.1,2 It induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and apoptosis in HEY A8 ovarian cancer and mouse mesenteric endothelial cells.2 Ombrabulin (30 mg/kg) reduces tumor growth and induces tumor necrosis in a HEY A8 mouse xenograft model.
