ODM-207 is a potent and selective BET inhibitor that is structurally unrelated to the benzodiazepine. ODM-207 also shows potent antiproliferative effects in patient-derived cancer cells and in xenograft models.

ODM-207 is a potent DNA damage responses (DDR) targeted drugs with an IC50 of 2.12 μM. RNAi inhibition of RAD52-dependent HR potentiates the efficacy of a novel BETi ODM-207 in cutaneous apocrine sweat gland carcinoma patient derived tumor cells .[2]
