Ninerafaxstat trihydrochloride increases myocardial metabolic efficiency by shifting substrate utilization towards glucose through reducing fatty acid oxidation (inhibiting 3-ketoacyl CoA thiolase). Ninerafaxstat trihydrochloride can be used for the research of cardiovascular diseases.
