NH2-PEG3-VC-PAB-MMAE is a drug-linker conjugate for ADC, consisting of a cleavable ADC linker (NH2-PEG3-VC-PAB) and a potent tubulin inhibitor Monometl auristatin E (MMAE) . NH2-PEG3-VC-PAB-MMAE can be used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).

ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.
