Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized NEFM in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O.
Stability
Lyophilized NEFM although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C . Upon reconstitution NEFM should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C .Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation
The protein was lyophilized from a 1mg/ml solution containing 10mM sodium phosphate, pH-7.5, 2mM DTT, 6M urea, 10mM methylammonium chloride and 1mM EDTA.
