Ivonescimab (AK112) is a PD-1/VEGF Bispecific Antibody. Ivonescimab can be used for cancer research.
Ivonescimab binds to PD-1 and VEGFA with EC50s of 0.06 and 0.036 nM[2].Ivonescimab can form soluble complexes with VEGF (by SEC-HPLC assay)[2].
