iNOs-IN-1 (YPW) 是一种有效的诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (inducible nitric oxide synthase, iNOS) 抑制剂。iNOs-IN-1 在小鼠巨噬细胞中能显著抑制 IL-6 和 iNOS 的表达，也能抑制 LPS 诱导的 NO 生成，且具有剂量依赖性。具有抗炎作用。
