Gemcitabine-O-Si(di-iso)-O-Mc is a drug-linker conjugate for ADC with potent antitumor activity by using Gemcitabine (a pyrimidine nucleoside analog antimetabolite and an antineoplastic agent;), linked via the ADC linker[1].

Antibody drug conjugates (ADC) couple therapeutic monoclonal antibodies (mAb) with potent toxins through a linker that is stable within systemic circulation, but cleaves within the target cells[1].
