Aristolochic acid C is an alkaloid originally isolated from Aristolochia argentina and a derivative of aristolochic acid that has anticancer activities.1,2,3 It inhibits the growth of LLC-PK1, P388, HT-29, and HL-60 cancer cells (IC50s = 85, 8.8, 17.1, and 40 ?M, respectively).1,2
