Solubility
We recommended reconstituting gAcrp30 at a concentration of 0.1-1mg per ml with 5mM Tris pH-8 and 0.75mM DTT which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Stability
For long term, store lyophilized protein at -20°C . Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time two weeks.
Biological Activity
gAcrp30 activity is determined by its ability to inhibit the proliferation of mouse M1 cells. The expected ED50 for this effect is 0.36-0.54 µg/ml.
