Fluorescein-12-dGTP is a fluorescently labeled form of the nucleotide 2’-deoxyguanosine-5’-triphosphate (dGTP). It displays excitation/emission maxima of 498/517 nm, respectively. Fluorescein-12-dATP has been used to label DNA in FRET genotyping applications.1
