ENPP3 inhibitor 5J is an inhibitor of ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 1 (ENPP1) and ENPP3 (IC50s = 0.59 and 0.62 µM, respectively, for the human enzymes).[1]
