DBCO-PEG4-GGFG-Exatecan (DBCO-PEG4-GGFG-DX8951) is a drug-linker conjugate for ADC with potent antitumor activity by using DX8951 (a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor), linked via the non-cleavable ADC linker DBCO-PEG4-GGFG[1].

ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linke[1].
