CPPA-TPP is a chain transfer agent conjugated to the mitochondria-targeting moiety triphenylphosphonium (TPP).1 It has been used in the synthesis of reactive oxygen species-sensitive mitochondrial targeting polyprodrugs containing the topoisomerase I inhibitor camptothecin.
