Clathrin-IN-4 (compound 8b), a Wiskostatin analogue, is a potent inhibitor of clathrin mediated endocytosis with an IC50 of 2.1 μM. Clathrin-IN-4 is a dynamin I GTPase activity inhibitor with an IC50 of 9.1 μM.
