C10ORF54 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculoviruscells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 170 amino acids (33-194a.a) and having a molecular mass of 19.1kDa. (Migrates at 28-40kDa on SDS-PAGEunder reducing conditions). C10ORF54 is fused to an 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus& purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stability
