BRD7586 is a cell-permeable small-molecule inhibitor of SpCas9. BRD7586 is the smallest known anti-CRISPR^[1].

BRD7586在细胞中特异性地与 SpCas9 结合，但不与 Cas12a 结合^[1]。
BRD7586 (0-20 μM; 24 h) 在 HiBiT-knock-in 试验中，呈剂量依赖性地抑制 SpCas9^[1]。
