BDP 630/650 carboxylic acid is a bright far-red fluorophore (Ex=630nm; Em=650nm) based on a boron dipyrrolemethylene backbone. BDP 630/650 carboxylic acid contains a free carboxylic acid group and requires activation before coupling with amine-containing molecules. It is widely used for peptide-linked fluorescent ligands, small molecule receptor probes, and protein labeling.
The carboxyl group of this product is in an unactivated state. It is recommended to activate it with 500μg/mL condensation solution (Item number: GA11126) before proceeding with subsequent labeling experiments.
