Solubility
Add 0.1M acetate buffer pH 4.0 to prepare a working stock solution of 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. For conversion into higher pH value, we recommend intensive dilution by relevant buffer to a concentration of 10µg/ml. In higher concentrations the solubility of this antigen is limited. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Stability
Lyophilized ANGPTL6 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C . Upon reconstitution ANGPTL6 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C .

Filtered (0.4 µm) and lyophilized from a 0.5mg/ml solution containing 0.05M Acetate bufferpH 4.0.
