Ac-PAL-AMC is a fluorescent substrate that is specific to the 20S proteasome LMP2/β1i subunit. The maximum excitation/emission wavelength of the fluorophore 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (AMC) is 380nm/460nm[1, 2, 3].
