Ac-FEID-CMK TFA is a potent zebrafish-specific GSDMEb-derived peptide inhibitor. Ac-FEID-CMK TFA can attenuate the mortality and kidney injury during septic shock. Ac-FEID-CMK TFA inhibits pyroptosis and attenuates septic AKI (acute kidney injury) in vivo. Ac-FEID-CMK TFA can suppress the caspy2-mediated noncanonical inflammasome pathway[1].
