AA-T3A-C12 is an anisamide ligand-tethered lipidoid (AA-lipidoid). AA-T3A-C12 mediates great RNA delivery and transfection of activated fibroblasts^[1].

AA-T3A-C12/siRNA LNP 可增强 TGF-β 刺激的 3T3 成纤维细胞对 siRNA LNP 的摄取^[1]。
AA-T3A-C12 LNP 可在活化的成纤维细胞中实现较强的基因敲低^[1]。

AA-T3A-C12/siHSP47 LNP (siRNA 剂量为 5 μg/小鼠，静脉注射，每周两次，持续 2 周) 显着下调纤维化小鼠中的 HSP47 表达^[1]。

Animal Model:	CCl₄-induced fibrotic mice^[1]
Dosage:	siRNA dose of 5 μg/mouse
Administration:	i.v., twice weekly for 2 weeks
Result:	led to a 65% knockdown of HSP47 (in liver) compared to PBS treatment.
