1-Arachidoyl-2-palmitoyl-3-oleoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains arachidic acid , palmitic acid , and oleic acid at the sn-1, sn-2, and sn-3 positions, respectively. It has been found in butterfat.1 Liver levels of 1-arachidoyl-2-palmitoyl-3-oleoyl-rac-glycerol are increased in Plin5-overexpressing mice fed a high-fat diet.2
