1,2-Distearoyl-3-palmitoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains stearic acid at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions and palmitic acid at the sn-3 position. It has been found in cocoa butter, lard, and cod liver oil.1,2
