1,2-Dipalmitoyl-3-linoleoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains palmitic acid at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions and linoleic acid at the sn-3 position. It has been found in ostrich and emu oils and bovine milk fat.1,2
