1,2-Dioleoyl-3-docosanoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains oleic acid at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions and docosanoic acid at the sn-3 position. It has been found in cocoa butter and in cocoa butter equivalents (CBEs) containing shea stearin and palm mid fraction.1
