Voriconazole-d3 N-oxide is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of voriconazole N-oxide by GC- or LC-MS. Voriconazole N-oxide is a major metabolite of the triazole antifungal voriconazole .[1] It is formed via oxidation of voriconazole by the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoforms CYP3A4 and CYP2C19.
