TS-24 is an inhibitor for cathepsin S, with an IC50 of 4.3 μM. TS-24 exhibits radiosensitizing activity in wild type breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1) and in TNBC xenograft mice model, through induction of apoptosis.
TS-24 (0-1 μM, 24 h) inhibits degradation of breast cancer susceptibility gene 1 (BRCA1) in cells HEK293T, and thus induces radiosensitization[1].TS-24 (0-10 μM, 24 h) inhibits cell migration of MDA-MB-231[1].
TS-24 (1 mg/kg, i.p., 3 times a week for 6 weeks) inhibits tumor growth in TNBC xenograft mice model[1].
