Trevogrumab (REGN-1033) is a monoclonal antibody targeting GDF8 (growth differentiation factor 8, also known as muscle growth inhibitor). Trevogrumab is used in studies of sarcopenia, including wasting atrop, chronic diseases, and changes in food and nutritional intake.
