Strigolactone is a type of terpene lactone hormone that regulates various characteristics and overall development of plant roots[1]. Strigolactone has been used to develop the Strigolactone analogues, such as GR24, following GR24 treatment for 48 hours, for MDA-MB-436 cells, the IC50 value was 17.2μmol/L, and for MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells, the IC50 value was 18.8μmol/L[2]. Strigolactone has been used in plant development analysis and research on stress response characteristics, as well as in the development of new derivatives as a model molecule[3-4].
