Sotevtamab (16B5) is a humanized IgG2 anti-clusterin monoclonal antibody (mAb). Sotevtamab is an inhibitor of the epithelial to mesencmal transition. Sotevtamab can be used for cancer research.
Sotevtamab inhibits the invasion of PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cells[3].
Sotevtamab (10 and 50 mg/kg, i.v.) is well tolerated and shows no signs of toxicity in monkeys[3].
