Sontuzumab (AS1402) is a humanised IgG1κ MUC1 specific monoclonal antibody. Sontuzumab binds the extracellular MUC1 peptide sequence PDTR with a Kd of ~1 nM. Sontuzumab can be used for the research of breast cancer[1].
