Sinomenine N-oxide has anti-angiogenic, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effects. Sinomenine N-oxide is also a NO production inhibitor, with an IC50 value of 23.04 μM[1][2][3].

Sinomenine N-oxide (10-200 μM, 2 h) 抑制 LPS 诱导的 Raw264.7 细胞中的 IL-6 和 TNF-α 水平[3]。
