This product is a nuclease and nucleic acid scavenger, mainly used for sample processing and operation in PCR laboratories.
This product can effectively prevent false positive test results caused by nucleic acid contamination and false negative results caused by nuclease contamination, and is an essential tool for creating a nuclease free and nucleic acid contaminated experimental environment.
Product Instructions:
1. Spray this product directly onto the desktop or instrument, and after about 10 minutes, wipe the desktop with a clean tissue or alcohol wipes to create experimental conditions without nucleases and nucleic acid templates.
2. This product can be used for the removal of surface nuclease contamination in laboratory consumables such as centrifuge tube walls, gun head boxes, glass test tubes, etc. After the product dries (about 10 minutes), it can be directly added to the nucleic acid template without significant effect on the nucleic acid.
3. When used in a super clean table or biosafety cabinet, the product should be sprayed on the table first, and then wiped with 75% alcohol. The centrifuge tube or gun head box that has been sprayed with the product on the surface should be placed in the super clean table and irradiated with ultraviolet sterilization.

3.在超净台或者生物安全柜中使用时，应先于台面喷洒本品，后用75%酒精擦拭台面，将表面喷洒过本品的离心管或者枪头盒等放入超净台照射紫外除菌。
