(R,S,S,R,S)-Boc-Dap-NE is the inactive isomer of Boc-Dap-NE , and can be used as an experimental control. Boc-Dap-NE, is an intermediate in the synthesis of Monometl auristatin E , which is an inhibitor of tubulin polymerization. Monometl auristatin E can be used to synthesize Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) as ADC Cytotoxin.
