QTZ is a bioluminescent substrate used for in vivo imaging. QTZ features red-shifted emission and low background characteristics, and as a coelenterazine analogue, QTZ bears a 4-quinolyl substitution at the C8 position. QTZ can be used in studies related to in vivo imaging and tumor immunoimaging[1-2].
