PSMα2 is a potent PSM (phenol-soluble modulin) peptide toward mouse neutrophils, led to strong influx of leukocytes.
PSMa2 leads to leukocyte infiltration into mouse air pouches, and this process can be blocked by WRW4, but not by its scrambled congener wwrw3[1].
