Pomalidomide 4'-alkylC6-amine is a building block in the synthesis of proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs) and a derivative of the cereblon inhibitor pomalidomide .[1] It has been used in the synthesis of PROTACs containing BRD73954 that drive histone deacetylase 8 (HDAC8) degradation.
