POLA1 inhibitor 1 (Compound 12) is an orally active POLA1 inhibitor. POLA1 inhibitor 1 shows antitumor activity against several tumor histotypes and Adarotene-resistant cell line[1].

POLA1 inhibitor 1 (Compound 12) (15 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg) displays a significantly antitumor effect in HT-29 and MM487 xenografts[1].
