PADRE peptide can be inserted into trichodysplasia spinulosa-associated polyomavirus (TSPyV) viral protein 1 (VP1) or hamster polyomavirus (HaPyV)-derived VP1 for construction of chimeric virus-like particles (VLPs), therefore activating dendritic cells and T cells and inducing strong immune responses and.
