OVA Peptide 323-339 is an important immunogenic epitope peptide of ovalbumin (OVA). It serves as both a T-cell epitope and a B-cell epitope. As a T-cell epitope, OVA Peptide 323-339 can be presented by MHC class II molecules to activate CD4⁺ T cells. As a B-cell epitope, OVA Peptide 323-339 can be recognized by IgE antibodies. OVA Peptide 323-339 can be used to establish mouse models of allergy[1].
