Cell-permeable, fluorescently labeled Ca2+ indicator. Composed of a green fluorescent probe conjugated to a cell-permeable Ca2+ chelator . Fluorescent intensity increases approximately 14-fold from resting intensity, upon Ca2+ binding. Displays uniform cellular distribution with minimal subcellular compartmentalization. Excitation/emission λ 494/523 nm.
