NVS-STG2 is an agonist of stimulator of interferon genes (STING).[1] It binds to STING and induces STING activation in a reporter assay (IC50 = 5.2 µM). Intratumoral injection of NVS-STG2 (400 or 800 µg/animal) reduces tumor volume and increases intratumoral IFN-γ levels in a B16.SIY murine melanoma model.
