NVOC cage-TMP-Halo is a cell-permeable and photoactivatable protein dimerization inducer. NVOC cage-TMP-Halo can rapidly and reversibly control protein localization in living cells. NVOC cage-TMP-Halo can be used for dynamic cellular processes research.
NVOC cage-TMP-Halo (20μM, 60 min) exhibited dramatic recruitment of mCherry-eDHFR to centromeres with a t1/2 of ~ 15 s of expressing CENPB-GFP-Haloenzyme and mCherry-eDHFR HeLa cell line[1].
NVOC cage-TMP-Halo (20μM, 15, 30, and 60 min) has the power for spatially precise manipulation of protein localization in HeLa cell line[1].
