NDM-1 inhibitor-3 (Compound 89) is a New Delhi Metallo-β-lactamase-1 (NDM-1) inhibitor with a Ki of 4 μM.

New Delhi Metallo-β-lactamase-1 (NDM-1), a metallo-β-lactamase (MBL) first discovered at the end of 2008, is now considered as the most clinically relevant target for antibiotic resistance due to its worldwide prevalence[1].
