N33-TEG-COOH is a long linker extracted from Reference PMID: 26035625, Compound 7. A PROTAC is a heterobifunctional compound that contains two ligands connected by a linker unit. One ligand binds an E3 ubiquitin ligase protein, while the other ligand binds to the target protein of interest, thereby bringing the ligase and the target in close proximity[1].
