N-Oleoyl Alanine is aalanine derivatives.
In vivo, During intermittent alcohol consumption in mice, systemic administration of OlGly or N-Oleoyl Alanine (60mg/kg; i.p.) significantly reduced alcohol intake and preference without affecting the hedonic state[1]. N-Oleoyl Alanine (5, 15, 30mg/kg; 2 days; i.p.) attenuates nicotine reward and spontaneous nicotine withdrawal in mice[2].

在体内实验中,在小鼠间歇性饮酒期间,系统性给予OlGly或N-Oleoyl Alanine(60mg/kg; 腹腔注射)显著减少了酒精摄入量和偏好,但并未影响享乐状态[1]。N-Oleoyl Alanine(5, 15, 30mg/kg; 2天; 腹腔注射)减轻了小鼠的尼古丁奖赏和自发性尼古丁戒断[2]。
