N-Metl-DL-valine (N-Metlvaline) drochloride is a valine derivant, is metabolized to cysteine, alanine, tyrosine, tryptophan, citric acid, and succinic acid in the sprout. N-Metl-DL-valine drochloride involves in the modification of monometl auristatin F (MMAF), an anti-tubulin agent, makes it drophobic functionalization and increases cell permeability.
