Myristoyl hexapeptide-16 is a myristoylated form of the hexapeptide Leu-Lys-Lys-Ala-Leu-Lys. An acid form of myristoyl hexapeptide-16 is active against E. coli, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus, and methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA; MICs = ≤100 ppm for all).[1]
