Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein-tyrosine-phosphatase B (MptpB) is a secreted virulence factor that subverts antimicrobial activity in the host. MptpB-IN-1 reduces multidrug-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis survival and infection burden[1].
